6th Grade Immunization Requirements

The required Immunizations for 6th grade are:

Tdap (Tetanus, diptheria, and pertussis)

Meningococcal Vaccine

These two vaccines are required by N.J.A.C. 8:57-4.10 and N.J.A.C. 8:57-4.20. This law requires that children born on or after January 1, 1997 and enrolled in Grade Six or transferring into a New Jersey school from another state or country to receive one dose of meningococcal vaccine, and one booster dose of the Tetanus, diptheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine.
