Classroom Policies:
Mrs. Cirrotti –Information Literacy
Students will learn how to be wise digital citizens, how to use databases and search engines, how to use sources ethically, and how to develop good research skills for middle school.
Participation
Everyone has a 100 % quiz grade for class participation
In order to keep these points, you must
- be prepared for class
- come on time
- work hard when you arrive
- make up any work from when you were absent
Bring with you every day:
- CHARGED chromebook
- Headphones
- Pen or pencil
- Planner
- Folders will stay in class- 5 pieces of lined paper to go in your folder
Class policies

Be prepared
Do the “Do Now” as soon as you get to class
- Make up all work from when you are absent -- Google Classroom
- Don’t chew gum in class
- No Chromebooks on the floor
- Three lates is a lunch detention
- Use the restroom before or after class.
Grading
Points will be awarded for each project on completeness and accuracy of assignments.
Good Spelling, grammar, and clear writing are parts of good communication.
Students will be given opportunities to check work, to work with partners, and to revise so that submitted work follows all rules of spelling and grammar n order to get full credit.
There will be 4-5 projects. Late assignments will have points deducted.
One quiz will be given per cycle.
