Dear Parents,

If your child has medication at school, please pick it up BEFORE the last day of scheduled classes.  Medication may not remain in the school over the summer.  Please pick up medications by June 22 nd. Please remember that before any medication (whether prescription or over the counter) may be administered to any pupil, a written request by the parent AND physician are required.  ***All medications must be delivered to and picked up from the school by the parent/guardian.
