Warren Middle School Soccer

Information meeting: Friday, September 7th at 7:30 am in the gym

Tryouts: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Sept. 11th, 12th and 13th) after school until 5:15 pm

Forms: All medical forms and permission slips must be in the nurse's office and have received physician approval prior to trying out. Students will not be able to tryout if they give me these forms at tryouts.

Supplies:  Students must bring water, cleats (no metal), and shin guards to tryouts.  No equipment will be provided.
