Winter Wonderland Wednesday - The official first day of winter is this Saturday-- Wear something white today for a beautifully "wintery" Wednesday

 

The library will be closed today for all Guides. 

 

The Boys Council meets today in the APR. 

 

Art Magazine Club is canceled for today. Please go home on your bus. 

 

All week, WMS will be collecting money during lunches to benefit the organization “Fly Pup”, which you will learn more about during Character Ed.  For each penny you bring in, it will count as one point for your grade. You can bring in other coins and paper money to subtract points from other grades.  There will be labeled containers during each lunch period. 

 

School Musical
The Casting for Shrek will be announced tomorrow. Check the band room door for the results. All students who auditioned are in the cast.

Students in all grades will be included in the yearbook. Your picture from picture day will be shown on your class page.  There will also be pictures of clubs, after school sports, and classroom pictures. Don’t miss out on the chance to get the yearbook! Sports Announcements

 

The boys basketball team battled and came out victorious against Warren Hills yesterday 64-56.  The team needed a 20-5 run in the 3rd quarter to take the lead for good thanks to a big spark off the bench from KJ.  Colin Chou finished with 23 and Ayush Lal added 13. However, it was rebounding and defense from the team that sealed the victory.

Teachers and Staff Cookie Gifts 

Thank you to the moms who donated and those who came to help wrap and distribute the delicious cookies.  Your support and fellowship was appreciated for this holiday event.

 

  The Lost and Found is now pretty empty.  Please let's try and keep it that way. Someone somewhere works hard and pays for your stuff. There are jackets and sweats but also a pair of formal shorts and a bird shirt on there too.... go check it out and reclaim!!
