Today is Day B.

 

There will be a Cross Country meet after school today at home.  All team members are welcome to attend. Please arrange for a ride home.  Mrs. Boni and Mrs. Bardy

 

 

The boys soccer team won their soccer game against JP Case 4-1. Goalie Jonathan Barrera played will with several difficult saves. Arion Ulaj netted the first goal, Tiago Fonseca scored two goals and Aaron Opell scored to secure the win. Good job boys! Practice today after school. Mr. O’Heney

 

 

CLUB REQUESTS:

A list of clubs that are still available is attached to these announcements (“Available Clubs as of 9-27-2018”).  E-mail Ms. Hunt (dhunt@warrentboe.org) with the student name and requested club(s) by Tuesday, October 2.

 

There is no guarantee that all requests can be honored. Efforts will be made to give preference to students who do not have any clubs. Once clubs are full, students who are not already in a club that meets on the same day as the club being requested will be placed on a waiting list.

 

Remember that you must bring your signed permission slip to Ms. Hunt in room 43 before you can attend a club. Download your permission slip through Student
Center. A list of clubs and the rooms where they meet is on Ms. Hunt’s door.  Please e-mail Ms. Hunt with any questions.

 

 

The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act designates the week beginning the first Monday in October of each year as a “Week of Respect” in the New Jersey. This week we will recognize this with group activities and theme days. Please note that Tuesday, students are encourage to wear their grade level color: Grade 6 is BLUE, Grade 7 is RED, and Grade 8 is WHITE.

 

 

The http://formreleaf.com website will open for boys and girls basketball on Sept. 24th at 9:00 a.m. If you are interested in trying out for basketball you MUST register on FormReleaf.com AND submit a current physical or health history update form. Health History update forms are only to be used if a current physical is already on file. Forms must be submitted to the WMS Health Office NO LATER than October 26th.

The Deadline for FormReleaf registration and paperwork submission is October 26th. NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 26TH.

PTO News!!

Hello WMS Parents!
We wanted to make you aware of a small change with snacks at WMS. Due to an increase in costs, we’ve had to nominally adjust some prices. To balance this rise, we were able to lower a couple also. We try our best to keep our snacks reasonably healthy and low priced to make them available to everyone. We thank you for your constant support of our PTO fundraising efforts.
