Letter from the Summer Fun Principal

Dear Families,

Summer Fun 2026 is right around the corner! I’m excited to return for my third year as the Summer Fun Principal.

Building on the success of past summers, we are focusing on consistency and simplicity for families as we head into Summer Fun 2026. I’m happy to share that there are no changes to our registration or after-care processes this year. We will continue our partnership with AlphaBest for extended day and after-care programming, and Community Pass will remain our platform for all registration and scheduling. By keeping these systems in place, we hope to provide a smooth and familiar experience for both returning and new camp families.

What truly makes Summer Fun special is the balance we strike between learning and fun. Our program blends academic growth with creative enrichment, led by certified educators who bring expertise in areas like STEAM, the arts, physical wellness, logic, and social-emotional development. We also know flexibility matters to families, which is why our program is designed to fit your needs. Families can register for one period or a full day, for a single week or the full five-week session. This structure allows campers to try different classes each week and truly experience everything Summer Fun has to offer.

Registration will officially begin on February 2, 2026, via Community Pass. Please make sure that you have a Community Pass account prior to registering. Emails have been shared with families who are new to the district to set up their Community Pass and Genesis linked accounts.

This year, we will continue to offer a 10% sibling discount for each additional sibling that registers for our program. We will also continue our limited refund policy with a 100% refund if requested by March 11, 2026, and a 50% refund if requested by April 22, 2026. There will be no refunds after April 22, 2026.

We are also excited to announce that our prices will not increase for the 2026 summer. All courses will remain at the $110/period per week for in-district residents. All out-of-district residents will continue to pay $125/period per week.

As we look ahead to the summer, my focus remains on creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful experience for every camper. I’m committed to building a welcoming environment where children feel confident trying new things, learning new skills, and forming real friendships. Strong partnerships with families are essential to the success of our program, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, ideas, or feedback. Your input truly matters, and I’m excited to work together to make this a memorable summer for your child.

Sincerely,

Jessica Decelle
