If your child has medication in the health office, please make arrangements to pick up all medications by the last day of school. Medication cannot remain in school over the summer, and therefore, any medication remaining on the last day will be disposed of. If your child will attend Summer Fun, all medication must be picked up by the last day of this program.

Please remember for September that before any medication (whether prescription or over the counter) may be administered to any pupil, a written request by the parent AND physician are required. In an effort to help you prepare for September, please download all forms from: www.warrentboe.org.
