     Each day students come in and work towards individual goals in a conference style classroom setting.  

     Large group instruction and group work are also part of the class. 

   All materials needed are kept in class and instruction and support is provided during class. 

   Homework is not a regular part of class but will be assigned occasionally. 

   All students need to be making reading a habit outside of school.  A minimum of 20 minutes per day is recommended.
