• Focuses on the four regions of New Jersey and resources found in each region.
• Map skills

Unit 2: First People of NJ

• Highlights the Lenni Lenape and other prominent Native American tribes that settled in New Jersey. 
• Students will gain a deeper understanding of how Native Americans contributed to the growth of NJ and their lasting impact.

Unit 3: NJ Government

• Students will compare and contrast the roles of local, state, and federal government.
