SCHEDULE:
Here is a breakdown of the rehearsal schedule for this week so you have it all in one place. All of these rehearsals are still mandatory. There is no leaving early or missing at this point - the show has to be the priority. Opening night is just days away!! Please keep in mind, now that we are running the show with all of our tech and costumes etc, that cleanup will take longer than any other week. While we do our best to let everyone out on time for these 2 days, we may run a few minutes over, or it may take some students longer than others to pack up.

Monday March 9th - 3-5:30 (this is the only Monday rehearsal!)
Tuesday March 10th - 3-5:30
Wednesday March 11th- in school dress rehearsal - go home on their regular bus!
Thursday March 12th- Show Night! (go home on the bus)
Friday March 13th- Show Night! (go home on the bus)
Saturday March 14th - Show Matinee!

SHOW NIGHT INFORMATION
Arrival Time -  arrive between 5:45-6pm for 7pm performances, and between 12:45-1pm for the 2pm performance.

Microphones - Anyone who gets a mic needs to be here at 5:45pm for 7pm performances and 12:45pm for the 2pm performance We will do a mic check at 6:15/1:15.

Hair and Makeup - for this show, your hair and makeup is up to you unless I have spoken to you. The only guidelines for makeup should you choose to wear it, is that it should look natural. If you are playing a boy, no need to wear any makeup. For your hair, it must be clean and out of your face (meaning, pinned back, or half up half down, fully up, etc. and no flyaways or bed head - make an effort)

Wigs - If you get a wig, please arrive by 5:30 so I can get your hair pinned and wig caps on before you get your mic.

Warmup - we will do a vocal warmup at 6:45/1:45 in the chorus room. You need to be fully dressed and ready to start the show when you come for warmups.

Costume Notes
1. You may not eat in costume unless you have a towel or something to put over it.
2. Water is the only drink allowed while in costume - we recommend bringing a reusable bottle like you do for school.
3. You may not come out from backstage until your costumes have been removed and hung/cleaned up. We know everyone is excited but it is important for you to take care of their responsibilities backstage before leaving.
4. Any costumes that do not belong to you will be collected after Saturday afternoons show. They must be checked off by myself or Mrs. Richards before you are dismissed. At that time you should also take home your bin and any costume pieces that belong to you
