Gym Excuses

    A parent note is necessary to excuse a student from physical education for up to TWO days.  If the injury required an MD exam, then please send a note from your physician stating how long the student will be excused from PE or recess.

IMPORTANT: iF YOU RECEIVED A DOCTOR'S NOTE TO BE EXCUSED FROM PE OR RECESS ACTIVITIES, THEN YOU WILL NEED A MD NOTE TO RETURN TO PE AND RECESS!!

Casts, Crutches, Splints, Wheelchairs

  • Students must report to the school nurse before reporting to class if they have any orthopedic devices to ensure for the safety of the student in the hallways.
  •  Students who have crutches are not allowed to take the bus and arrangements need to be made.
