Drumthwacket Spring Carnival ages 3-10 special needs invited

he First Family along with the Drumthwacket Foundation are very pleased to extend an invitation to the special needs children ages 3 to 10 in your school to participate in our Spring Carnival. It will be held Sunday, May 5th from 2:00-4:00 pm on the grounds of Drumthwacket in Princeton, the official residence of the Governor. In addition to a treasure hunt, there will be carnival amusement bounce houses, games and activities. Refreshments will be provided, courtesy of our sponsors. The enclosed invitation is extended only to special needs children ages three to ten, accompanied by immediate family members. The Drumthwacket Foundation is a private, non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that was formed in 1982 to act as curator and preserver of the building, furnishings and grounds of the official residence of the Governor of New Jersey. It is independent and has no association with any political party. One of our most important activities is hosting tours and school groups throughout the year. The Drumthwacket Foundation looks forward to hosting this event and meeting the children and families from your school. Please note that registrants must register on-line at www.drumthwacket.org. Because the event reaches maximum capacity quickly, we advise that you distribute the invitation as soon as possible as registration is on a first come, first serve basis and opens up on Wednesday, March 13th at 10AM.
