Dear Parents/Guardians, 

As a reminder please continue to complete the COVID-19 Daily Form for each of your children in Genesis. All forms should be submitted no later than 8:45am. This form should be completed daily regardless of if your child is attending school in person or virtually.

Additionally, if your child/children will be absent or tardy for any reason, please be sure to submit their attendance through Genesis. Step by step instructions can be found in the link below.
