Adobe Acrobat DRESS CODE.

Dear Families,

 

Please be sure to read all of the information below.

 

During the week of May 8-12, students in Grades 3-5 will be taking the PARCC assessment. By working together we can make your child's testing experience  positive and successful. Here are some suggestions that you can do to help:

                           * Make sure your child gets a good night's rest

                           * Have your child eat a healthy breakfast

                           * Make sure your child arrives to school on time

                           * Gently encourage to do the best that they can

 

Please be sure to check your child's backpack for important information related to class placements for 2017-2018 as well as information regarding the upcoming Art Show on May 17th.

 

Our next Spirit Day will be this Friday, May 5th.  Students are encouraged to wear a good character word on their shirt.  Words can be written, printed out and taped or pinned.  Examples/ trustworthy, respectful, caring.   This ties into our school wide goal of developing positive character.  The teachers have discussed this Spirit Day with the students.

 

Please do NOT send in any glass bottles with your child.  We have had several break which creates a safety hazard.

 

As we head into warmer weather, please be sure to review the attached Dress Code with your child.
