Dear Warren Township School Parent/Guardian:

As you may have heard, there has been recent discussion between the District and the PTOs concerning Food Days.  This occurred to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.  

We are happy to report that Food Days is returning in nearly the same form as has existed for several years.  Food Day menus and ordering will be available through myfooddays.com in the same manner as in previous years.  The only change will be that, prior to check out on the website, parents will be asked to waive any liability against the PTO and the District for the child’s participation in Food Days.  This is necessary to protect our PTOs and volunteers because they do not purchase or prepare the food, but merely facilitate the food’s distribution.
