PTO Staff Breakfast

WMS PTO Holiday Staff Breakfast


The Warren Middle School team is doing an amazing job to educate and
support our kids.
To show them our gratitude, the *PTO is organizing a HOLIDAY BREAKFAST
for Warren Middle School Staff*
on Wednesday December 14th at 7:30am.
 
*It is an easy way to show your support !*
 
*1- Bake or buy something for the breakfast*
Like the previous years, we would like to *ask all families to show
their appreciation by donating _a home-made baked good_*, or if you have
no time to cook, *we would appreciate containers of juice, jars of jam,
plates of fruits*, salmon and bagels or anything else that will be a
nice addition to the breakfast !

_by Friday, December 9th, _on what you plan to donate.* It will allow us
to coordinate. If you plan to buy something and have no specific idea,
we can also let you know the easy stuff we might need (sugar, tea bags
etc...).
*2- Add a "thank you" note to your donation.*
A simple "thank you from the XXX family" on a card or a simple sheet of
paper will be very much appreciated: we will display them all on the
tables and the teachers are so happy to read them all during the breakfast!
*3- Drop off your gift at WMS on _Tuesday December 13th_*
4 ways to drop of, in order to make it easy for everybody
- we will be collecting _in front of the school from 7:45 to 8:15am,_ so
give it to your kids on the Tuesday morning bus and we will be there to
collect, when they exit their buses
- A cart will remain _all day in the hallway close to the office _on
Tuesday for _non-perishable _items (please nothing that needs to be
refrigerated !)
- We will be collecting again _in front of the school at dismissal from
2:30pm to 3pm_
- You can also drop at Michelle Scanlon's house if easier (we will
communicate you our addresses)
 
*It is easy for you and so rewarding for the teachers !!!

- to set up the room on Tuesday December 13th from 2:30pm to 4pm
- for the actual breakfast on Wednesday December 14th from 7am to 8:30/9am
