Baldwin's Blast - Rezoning letter- Science Day Volunteers Needed - January is Kindergarten Registration Month

Dec. 20 -        Report Cards for Grs. K-3

Dec. 21 -        Hanukkah begins

Dec. 23 -        Sing-a-long 10:30 AM Parents Welcomed

                        1:20 Dismissal – Lunch, no recess

Dec. 24 -        Christmas Eve

Dec. 25 -        Christmas Day

Dec. 26-Jan. 2  Winter Break – School Closed  

 

Please read the attached letter from Dr. Crader about the rezoning of Central and Woodland School for the 2012-2013 school year.

 

We would like invite parents to our annual Sing-a-Long and Countdown to the New Year. Students should wear holiday hats, sweaters or shirts for the performance. It will take place at 10:30 AM in the gym on Friday, Dec. 23^rd.

 

Science Day Volunteers

Parents mark your calendars.  Our next Science Day is Friday, March 16^th, 2012!

 

This day will be filled with exciting activities such as assemblies, workshops, in-class projects, and more.

 

We invite all who are interested in volunteering and encourage all homeroom parents to attend the first informational meeting, which will be held on Thursday, January 5^th. We will meet in the all-purpose room at 9 am and describe the presentations and experiments that the children will experience during the day and let you know how we can use your help to make this a successful day at Central School.
