July, 2012

It is with great pride that I welcome you to Warren Township Schools. Our school system is comprised of four elementary schools and one middle school.  The mission statement of the school district is:

In partnership with family and community, provide an environment where each child is
valued and experiences the challenge and excitement of learning with the expectation
that all students shall achieve the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards
at all grade levels.

In each school, you will observe a commitment to the education of all our students. Teachers take care to meet the needs of the individual learners within their classrooms.  Our focus on 21st –century learning as well as assistive technology provides challenging and interesting experiences for students at all levels, always within a warm and nurturing environment. Our standardized test scores are among the very best in the state.

In addition to maintaining facilities and providing student transportation, The Warren Township Board of Education has committed financial resources to a wide variety of programs. Our students are fortunate to have strong programs in the core academic areas as well as the performing arts.  We offer a comprehensive world language program, a pre-engineering program in grades 3-8, well-developed guidance programs, and gifted and talented and remedial programs for all students.

There exists a sense of community in Warren Township Schools as our schools and families work together to prepare our students to move beyond our doors.

I encourage you to become involved with your child’s school.  I invite you to attend one of the many events scheduled throughout the year.  You will see for yourself the amazing results of the hard work and dedication of our staff, students, and community.
